Includes Initial Fitness Assessment (measurements, goal setting & plan of action) and a workout.
Additional Sessions – $50 each
10 Sessions – $450 (10% Savings)
20 Sessions – $800 (20% Savings)
Includes FREE Initial Fitness Assessment & monthly check-ins for assessment and goal adjustments.
Express 30 Minute Session – $35
This is a pay as you go 30 minute workout available only at the gym. Only includes workout.
