Nutritional counseling is included in each fitness program. The most important aspect of CT Lean & Fit’s nutrition program is a support system – a place to feel encouraged and comfortable as you work to maintain a healthy new lifestyle. (No diets, just lifestyle changes!)
Kara will guide you through the process of recording your daily meals in a food journal which you’ll then review together each session. She will encourage positive food choices, pinpoint high calorie / high fat ingredients, identify tough cravings and temptations, offer healthy alternatives and provide grocery shopping and recipe tips.
No matter where you are starting from, or what health conditions need managing, each nutrition program is designed specifically for your individual needs. Kara is trained in dietary plans for seniors, youths, prenatal and chronic health conditions such as: diabetes, cholesterol, high blood pressure, hypertension, osteoporosis, cancer, arthritis and heart disease.
Other available nutritional services include cabinet clean outs and meal planning and prep guidance.
